Refund Policy

At Refined Gifts Co, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Your Right to Cancel – UK Consumer Contracts Regulations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return the items to us for a refund.

Please note:

  • This applies to non-personalised, unused and unopened products only.

  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used toiletries, soaps or grooming products, unless they are faulty.

How to Request a Return

To arrange a return or refund, please contact us at enquiries@refinedgiftsco.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The items you wish to return

  • The reason for your return

We will provide return instructions and our return address.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • You are responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items that are lost in transit.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned item(s).

  • We will refund the cost of the goods.
